CIW Postdoctoral Fellowship — Applications Open

Based in the nation’s capital, the ANU is one of the world’s foremost research universities. The ANU College of Asia & the Pacific—within which CIW operates—has a long-standing reputation for outstanding research expertise and global policy impact, hosting the largest collection of expertise on the Asia Pacific in the English-speaking world. For over 70 years, ANU Sinologists have pioneered new fields in China studies and led the world in understanding Chinese societies. China expertise at ANU is housed in several academic departments across the College and elsewhere in the University, and is brought together by the CIW, which reflects the University’s and the Australian government’s commitment to deepening Australia’s understanding of and engagement with China.

CIW is seeking two Postdoctoral Fellows. The successful candidates will be engaged in cutting-edge research on contemporary Chinese politics, public administration, economy and/or society. Experience conducting field research In China is highly desirable.
