Bio

Yingnan Shi’s research areas include knowledge management, information system designs and the valuation of knowledge products and services. His recent research involves applying experimental approaches, together with information system design theories, in behavioural studies aiming to find ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of people using information systems. Yingnan has more than six years of experience in tutoring and working in a wide range of industries such as telecommunication, NGO, banking and medical equipment manufacturing. He has received multidisciplinary education training such as IT, Accounting, Finance, Economics and Computer Science. He is currently doing PhD in Information Systems at the ANU and at CSIRO. He tutored a number of courses, including Accounting Information Systems, Networked Information Systems, and e-Commerce for managers. He is also a MOOC moderator for evidence-based management offered by ANUx.
