Dr Wei Du is a medically trained biostatistician currently working on service use and outcome in vulnerable populations as well as pattern recognition and machine learning. Dr Du teaches various biostatistics topics and co-convenes the course of Analysis of Public Health Data. He participates in a number of research programs running in Australia and China. His strength mainly lies in study design and robust statistical application, as well as research to practice translation in both high and low income regions.
