Bio
My name is Tunye Qiu . My research interest focuses on China’s housing market in the 21st century. My research tries to depict the evolution process of China’s housing policies and the impact of these policies on housing prices. Additionally, my research also tries to build a theoretical linkage between the population and the housing prices to give a preview of future China’s housing market.
