Bio

Shuojia Zhang is a Ph.D student with first-class honor degree at Australian National University in Canberra. His research
broadly covers international business, organizational, and social psychology. The primary focus of his research is on the individuals’ attitudes towards MNCs that impact the judgments and decisions of groups and individuals. This research will include an exploratory qualitative study, followed by one quantitative study on scale development and validation as well as one on scale testing in multiple countries.
His research interests also involve understanding the impacts of the linguistic landscape on individuals' attitudes towards mixed languages，which ultimately affect their task performance.
