Bio

Graeme Read is a PhD candidate at the College of Asia & the Pacific. He was awarded Bachelor of Asia-Pacific Studies with Honours by the Australian National University. Before commencing the PhD program, he studied at the National Chung Hsing University of Taichung and the Beijing Language and Culture University. His previous research focused on anti-national education curriculum protests in Hong Kong, and is now investigating minor political parties and progressive politics in contemporary Taiwan.
